Development of Talent Management Strategy and 3-Year Implementation Roadmap
Key Activities:
- Development of a comprehensive and lean 3-year Talent Management strategy
- Development of a focused Nationalization strategy (sub-strategy under overall Talent Management strategy)
- Development of targeted initiatives under each Talent Management area
- Articulation of tangible and actionable TM operationalization plan, devising optimal governance, key enablers and success factors, required tools and systems
- Analyzing cost saving models for each initiative and defining plan for capturing those benefits
Results Achieved:
- The project allowed the client's Talent Management Department to have a comprehensive strategy to implement for the following 3 years. This strategy was reviewed and approved by the Executive Management team and initiatives began to be deployed across the Group and through the provision of best practice guidelines
