He was PMO consultant in major international banks in Madagascar and Cameroon. Alain also has development skills in VB and VBA which he mainly used in his interventions for business process optimization and automation. In 2023, Alain joined Euromena Consulting’s team in Ivory Coast

Personal Interests: Marie is passionate about ballet, world dances, music, and traveling in Africa

Professional experience: Malick has 6 years of experience in organizational transformation and change management for clients in both the private and public sectors. Before joining Euromena Consulting, he worked for various firms including PwC, EY and BearingPoint in Paris. He has gained experience in the conception of new businesses with methodologies such as design thinking and has participated in process reengineering and improvement missions

Education: Malick is a graduate of the École Spéciale Militaire de Saint-Cyr (PGE) and ESCP Business school (MS Business Consulting)

Personal Interests: Malick practices various sports including basketball, horseback riding, soccer and is the producer of his own podcast

Professional experience: Marie-Charlotte has 7 years of experience in business consulting in Finance. She is specialized in organizational transformation, operational strategy, digital transformation, and change management

Professional Experience: Based in our Dubai Office, UAE, Rayan is a Senior Consultant at Euromena Consulting and presents more than 5 years of MENA management consulting experience.  Rayan has project-managed assignments on behalf of key MENA ICT/Emerging tech actors, policymakers and regulators. Rayan has gained a vast experience in Energy markets and Energy transition, ICT/Emerging Tech research, ICT / digital regulatory assessment and SME business coaching, GCC experience in policymakers and regulators’ strategies and operational plans baseline and assessment. Previous experience includes project management,  regulatory management, financial engineering and construction claims and dispute management

Education: Rayan holds an MEng in Civil & Environmental Engineering as well as a BSc. in Construction Engineering from the American University of Beirut in Lebanon

Professional experience: Lucile has 3 years of experience in business consulting and project management. She mainly worked on strategic framing projects as part of the digital transformation of banking and monetics organizations, both in Europe and Africa

Education: She graduated from Sciences Po Strasbourg in France (Master in Economics & Strategy - Corporate Strategy & Finance in Europe)

Personal Interests: Lucile practices artistic gymnastics, plays the Celtic harp, and loves to read

Professional experience: Jean-Baptiste has 4 years of experience in business consulting and project management in sub-Saharan Africa. Prior to joining Euromena Consulting, he worked with public and private sector clients at public affairs firms Concerto and then Candela. He has a strong focus on the telecoms, extractives, energy and creative industries

Professional experience: Adonis gained experience through various internships in multiple fields, such as audit, banking, and sales management.  Gender issues in Lebanon and around the world were always a topic of interest for Adonis, he enrolled in 2 courses related to this theme at university and wrote an article that was accepted for publishing. In response to the disastrous Beirut Blast on August 4, he co-founded with his friends an association "chou el aasha" to distribute hot meals to those in need

Professional experience: Joseph is a trained mechanical engineer with tangible knowledge in the design and analysis of mechanical systems. Joseph also gained extensive experience in the startup ecosystem having started a couple of personal ventures in addition to having worked with a tech sustainability startup on the management of energy wastes in both residential and commercial spaces

Professional experience: Hussein gained experience in consulting in the Middle East and Southeast Asia where has he has gained experience working on market assessments for major private companies (natural gas, renewable energy, agri-food). Hussein has also participated in multiple volunteering projects completing remodeling projects in the less fortunate areas of Lebanon and Indonesia

Education: Hussein holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the American University of Beirut (AUB), Lebanon

Personal Interests: Enjoys playing basketball and paddle, making music, and watching movies

Professional experience: Omar gained experience in research and analysis through conducting a thorough research on prostate cancer during his years in university. He has done several internships in companies, hospitals, and pharmacies. Learning, exploring, and acquiring knowledge were always topics of interest for Omar. His management skills improved after serving for two consecutive terms as a treasurer in a Lebanese NGO called LPSA

Education: Omar holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the Lebanese American University (LAU)

Personal Interests: Reading, politics, economics, swimming, and watching series

Professional experience: Dahlia has over two years of experience in project management at the French Development Agency  where she worked on national and regional entrepreneurship support projects and on trade support. She was able to work on many ecosystems in West Africa, North Africa, and the Middle East. She has also a previous experience in a startup, NGOs and with west African industries

Education: Holds a Master in Management from EDHEC Business School (France) and Sungkyunkwan University (South Korea), and a degree from UC Berkeley in Global Economy Transformation & Technology (USA)

Personal Interests: Passionate about circular economy and its challenges, enjoys hiking, crazy about spending time abroad and discover new cultures, but also fan of music (saxophone player) and dance (ballet and salsa)

Professional experience: Cherine has over four years of experience in project management in Paris across various sectors. She has had the opportunity to work with French companies like Renault, SNCF, and BNP Paribas. Her work has involved collaborating with diverse cultures, including Japanese teams through the Nissan & Renault Alliance and teams across the Middle East, Europe, and North Africa with BNP Paribas. Her primary responsibilities include reporting, project management, CSR, and communication. She also has experience as an intern with UNICEF and UNFPA in Senegal, where she focused on sustainable development initiatives

Education: Cherine holds a Master’s degree in Project and Program Management from SKEMA Business School in Paris, a diploma from Soochow University in Suzhou, China, and a Bachelor’s degree in Global Management with a specialization in Sustainable Development from SKEMA Business School in Sophia Antipolis, France
