Recruitment Process

Euromena Consulting is in a continuous process of expansion into Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. We are always interested in talented, high-caliber professionals with strong strategic and operational expertise, excellent client management skills, extensive consulting and/or industry experience, as well as experience of different countries and multicultural environments.

Upon assessment of your resume, the Euromena Consulting HR team will contact you in case of a possibility of collaboration.

In general, our recruitment process comprises of three rounds: 

a) profiling and suitability interview; to assess your academic background, professional experience and overall suitability for the role,

b) business case assessment interview; to qualify your analytical skillset and thought leadership, 

c) validation interview; assessment session with one of our partners to validate joint interest and potential for building a lasting business relationship.

What we are looking for

Our specific requirements for talented resources vary greatly based on expected market developments and our client priorities and needs. However, some typical requirements may be summarized as follows:

  • Threshold of minimum years of international experience in one of the top-tier management consulting firms AND/OR number of years of hands-on industry operational experience (preferably professional track record in one of following verticals: ICT/telecom, Finance, HR, etc.)
  • Strong academic background from a highly reputed university
  • Multilingual skills, particularly in English, French and Arabic
  • International mobility and multi-cultural adaptability

Our consultants combine top tier management consulting expertise and previous industrial and operational experience. We offer management consulting services related to strategy setting and execution, performance enhancement and transformation programs, financial management and investment optimization. We provide strategic, operational, financial and business coaching advice to our clients and partners across various verticals including Telecom Media and Technology, Public Sector, Energy & Transportation, Heavy Industry & Chemicals among others.

Role

At Euromena Consulting, we are constantly shaping the future of our clients by providing in depth knowledge and expertise in the various industries we work in. We are looking for 2 interns to join our team based in Lebanon for 3-month internship. An opportunity for a full-time position may be offered at the end of the internship, based on performance and project roll-out.

By working with us, you will have the unique chance to unleash your potential by working on remarkable projects, making a positive impact on our clients in the Middle East, Europe and Africa as well as learning from experienced consultants.

The role consists of working on projects across multiple topics and industries with our team members and under the mentorship and guidance of senior consultants and managers. The candidates will have the opportunity to be part of an impact and result-driven team and will be responsible for conducting research, defining and breaking down problems, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, developing complex business models, synthesizing findings in a structured format, and providing recommendations.

The candidates must be based in Lebanon and should be available to start the soonest.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related fields

• Possession of excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills

• Strong mathematical interpretation and visual perception of information

• Ability to synthesize findings and apply analytical expertise to develop complex business models

• Solid commercial awareness

• High attention to detail

• Organization and time management skills

• Ability to structure and manage workload

• Interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to adapt to different cultures

• Ability to display a well-developed intellectual curiosity

• Ability to contribute to business development by identifying potential business opportunities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

• Effective communication in English and Arabic (both verbal and in writing); French is an asset
