Euromena Consulting is in a continuous process of expansion into Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. We are always interested in talented, high-caliber professionals with strong strategic and operational expertise, excellent client management skills, extensive consulting and/or industry experience, as well as experience of different countries and multicultural environments.

In general, our recruitment process comprises of three rounds: 

a) profiling and suitability interview; to assess your academic background, professional experience and overall suitability for the role,

b) business case assessment interview; to qualify your analytical skillset and thought leadership, 

c) validation interview; assessment session with one of our partners to validate joint interest and potential for building a lasting business relationship.

What we are looking for

Our specific requirements for talented resources vary greatly based on expected market developments and our client priorities and needs. However, some typical requirements may be summarized as follows:

  • Threshold of minimum years of international experience in one of the top-tier management consulting firms AND/OR number of years of hands-on industry operational experience (preferably professional track record in one of following verticals: ICT/telecom, Finance, HR, etc.)
  • Strong academic background from a highly reputed university
  • Multilingual skills, particularly in English, French and Arabic
  • International mobility and multi-cultural adaptability

Job Description :

The Senior Manager’s main activity consists in selling and overseeing projects while also actively contributing to the structuring and development of the firm:
  • The Senior Manager will be responsible for the customer relationship management, teams oversee and projects’ deliverables under his/her responsibility.
    • The Senior Manager will actively participate in business development by building and maintaining business partnerships and networks and leading commercial proposals in order to create and expand his/her own opportunity network. A rapid access to Partnership might be possible based on performance.
      • Internal projects related to the firm’s structuring might also be placed under his/her responsibility. .

      • Regular business trips are to be planned in Africa (the position might be based in Paris, Abidjan, or Casablanca).

        Requirements :

        We are looking for a Senior Manager for our African activities with a prior 7-year minimum international experience in consulting and one our several relevant experiences in Africa. Beyond the excellent educational background and the consulting experience, the applicant will be expected to:
        • Demonstrate a spirit of entrepreneurship and business development to develop the firm and the business network, with short to middle-term partnership possibility.
          • Solid expertise in specific sectors and industries and a capacity to adapta to complex and various environments.
            • Ideally, maintain working knowledge of the TMT sector which could possibly be replaced or completed by another sector expertise in line with the firm’s development strategy.
              • Ability to build a solid and trusted relationship with clients and Euromena teams. Soft and behavioral skills linked to communication, management and negotiation are as critical as technical skills.
                • Show strong analytical and organization skills, oral and written presentations, and fluency in English are required/li>

Job Description :

The Manager’s activities will cover managing / supervising firm’s assignments and projects as well as consultant teams mobilized in Africa, especially in Côte d’Ivoire. Regular business trips are to be planned in Africa (the position might be based in Paris, Abidjan, or Casablanca). Beyond projects and consultant team supervisions which would be a major part of the job, the Manager would actively participate in the firm’s business development by editing studies and commercial proposals as well as developing his own business network. The Manager might also oversee internal projects.

Requirements :

We are looking for an applicant with a prior experience in consulting, on strategic and operational projects, with a minimum experience of 4 years and with an experience / a link or a distinct interest in the African continent. Beyond the excellent educational background and the prior projects diversity, the applicant will have to show a genuine capacity for adaptation both for our different project’s types and for the African context. A management (one or several consultants) and client management expertise are also required. Fluency in English, strong analytical and organization skills, rigor, and reactivity are as well expected.
