In general, our recruitment process comprises of three rounds:
a) profiling and suitability interview; to assess your academic background, professional experience and overall suitability for the role,
b) business case assessment interview; to qualify your analytical skillset and thought leadership,
c) validation interview; assessment session with one of our partners to validate joint interest and potential for building a lasting business relationship.
