Operational carve-out & due-diligence processes for a Joint-Venture deal
Key Activities:
- Assets identification and allocation per network: elaboration of financial and operational inventories of the tangible and the intangible assets (based on SAP solution and operational interviews), then reconciliation of both
- Assets valorisation: construction of a depreciation modelling and computation of each network's shared contributed value
- Due Diligence’s required documents preparation
Results Achieved:
- Drawing of an exact and detailed mapping of the site newtorks' tangible and intangible assets, reconciled with the financial data
- Constitution of the official carve-out deal documents
- Valorisation of the deal
