- Reviewed the entire Capex process through external benchmarks and interviews across all departments within the Group
- Defined a new procedure for Capex processes and communicated to all entities of the Group
- Launched a new threshold to capitalize fixed assets in 3 pilot countries
- Defined IT specifications per country to automate the fixed asset generation–Changed management to implement new procedures and methods
Results Achieved:
- New Capex process procedure reducing by 20 time and resources allocated to Capex budgeting and accounting
- Implementation of the empowerment defined in the new Group strategy
- Faster Capex process and easier accounting (reduction of fixed assets capitalized by 50% through threshold implementation)
- Selection of a new IT tool adapted to our client need
