Business Coaching and Livelihood Improvement to SMEs in the Beqaa
Key Activities:
- Provided business coaching and support to 4 micro-enterprises and entrepreneurs located in the Bekaa
- Conducted internal diagnosis of operational and financial workflows and external assessment of market positioning and growth potential
- Developed implementation roadmap for business enhancement and livelihood improvement
- Executed key implementation activities to meet set KPIs and conducted monitoring and evaluation actions to measure project impact
Results Achieved:
- Created more than 40 new job opportunities for underprivileged youth and in the Bekaa
- Provided specialized sector-specific training sessions to more than 50 people in different working groups
- Enhanced business skills in strategy, people management, financial management, and recruiting and hiring
