Transformation program for a major TelCo operator (1-year program)

Key Activities: 
  • Definition and settlement of a strong project governance
  • Day-to-day animation of the different stream leaders (11 streams split into revenue streams, savings streams and efficiency streams)
  • Formalization of reporting toward Local Management and Group Management (Boards of Directors)
  • Support in definition of the action plans aiming at achieving revenues and savings objectives
  • Follow-up (daily, weekly, monthly) of KPIs
  • ARPU
  • Revenue per line of product
  • Sales of smartphone 3G & 4G 
  • Savings on general expenses
  • Implementation of main savings initiatives: renegotiation of contracts, reduction of pool cars, reduction of temporary workers, review of the energy consumption, review of main processes
  • Escalation to Board of Directors for arbitration on hop topics
Results Achieved:
  • Strong animation and coordination of teams to maintain pressure and rhythm all along the year
  • Strong level of reporting to Local Management and Group Management
  • Achievement of the Transformation Budget EBITDA​ objectives
  • Achievement of cost reduction objectives ($8m)
  • Boost of revenues through new offers
  • Review of key process (customer service, fixed broadband, etc)
