Labour market assessment for the healthcare sector in Lebanon with a focus employees with technical and vocational education backgrounds
Key Activities:
- Undertake complete desk analysis of value chain to map out stakeholders and activities under the sector
- Develop comprehensive mixed research methods approach to include key informat interviews, surveys and focus group discussions
- Undertake primary data collection and validate with main counterparts (ILO, UNICEF and National Employment Office)
- Analysis of findings and drafting of final report wit recommendations

- Assessing skills needs and gaps for this service sector comparing labour market supply with the labour market demand to enhance market driven vocational training
- Guiding youth to vocational training as per labour market needs that will provide decent work for job seekers in this sector
