Development of comprehensive business model for the construction of complementary production line in the UAE (flour milling / animal feed industry) – PMO support for initial stages project rollout:

Key Activities:
  • Develop comprehensive business case for the construction of wheat silos and milling new production line in the UAE​
  • Provide PMO support during initial phases of project rollout:​
  • Define sub-project charters articulating scope and objectives, timeline of execution, milestones, performance KPIs, governance model and authority matrix across all stakeholders involved​
  • Develop and enact all required templates, platforms and forms in ensuring prompt and effective reporting​
  • Closely monitor defined performance KPIs across different sub-projects and report progress, challenges​
  • Prepare SteerCo progress material and support in respective stakeholder discussions and required external communications​


Results Achieved:
  • New production line business case: business, financial and operational plan development​
  • PMO-project rollout master-plan based on phased approach​
  • Program rollout project charters / progress reports​
  • Communication interaction with project stakeholders​
