Key Activities: 
  • Baselined and reviewed Group digital strategy; identified implications and requirements with regards to internal resources’ digital skills and capabilities
  • Through detailed analysis, stakeholder interviews and leveraging best-practices from ICT and non-ICT digital leaders, defined resources for digital competencies dictionary
  • Mapped most relevant and custom-fit digital competency requirements per individual unique position
  • Identified development plan and roadmap to bridge gaps from current status to desired state with regards to digital readiness for each unique position

  • Defined digital competency requirements and devised optimal talent/skill set bridging roadmap per unique position within the Group and across 8 of its subsidiaries across the globe
  • Ensured prompt digital competencies readiness ramp-up, actively contributing to executing Group’s digital agenda and strategy
