Mediation process for an ICT operator and its channel distributors
Key Activities:
- Defined tripartite mediation agreement and baselined index of cases in dispute, relevant to all parties involved
- Assessed claimed cases against a set of directly relevant root causes (i.e. Finance, Revenue Assurance, Legal, IT/Systems, Decision Rights, Sales, Business Practices, …)
- Built a bottom-up, fact based, case-by-case report of disputed claims
- Animated series of meetings with all parties involved and eventually built consensus for reaching a fair settlement
- Prepared final settlement agreement and ensured endorsement by parties in dispute
