As part of their efforts to replace the company’s billing/provisioning system, an African ICT operator, has recently completed a project with Euromena Consulting where our team designed and coordinated the full project, from target definition to rolling out the new system. As a fundamental IT project for the operator and one of the most critical changes for the company over the last years, this shift offered a new and modernized system that is a central tool for daily operations such as billing and provisioning, offers configuration, customer service operations, powerhouse of the data warehouse as well as for fraud and revenue assurance purposes. To ensure the success of the project, the Euromena team successfully managed to maintain continuous coordination across the whole company.

The new system was successfully launched in line with the defined project workplan. Users are now accessing the new tool for daily tasks and new offers have already been configured and launched. Additionally, the company has not recorded any migration-related customer complaints.
