- Suggested and implemented several initiatives for improvement relative to distributors' rationalization, commission scheme re-design, roll-out of exclusive distribution zones, assessment of synergies to mutualize Mobile and Mobile money sales operations, insights on Mobile money future and impacts on operator's distribution
- Re-function of distributors by half
