Euromena Consulting has a successful track record providing business coaching and Business Development Services (BDS) to SMEs, MSEs, and Startups. Our team presents multi-year, vertical business experience, having cooperated with more than 30 SMEs, MSEs, and Startups on business coaching and support projects.

Business support and BDS services entail:

  • Baseline Assessment and Diagnostics: we conduct an internal and external needs/priorities assessment and develop best-fit business support priorities and implementation roadmap
  • Strategy Planning: we develop forward-looking business strategy based on overall corporate vision, market trends and dynamics, as well as identified business priorities
  • Implementation Roadmap and Execution: we develop strategy deployment roadmap, we execute implementation plan based on business priorities, and we set and monitor respective performance KPIs

  • For every SME, conducted internal and external baseline assessment and developed best-fit business support priorities and implementation roadmap
  • Implemented short to medium term strategy based on business needs and priorities
  • Monitored KPIs on both program and MSE levels, and ensured overall project results
